Service Co-ordinator

I am responsible for service co-ordination within Echomaster Marine. I organise engineers daily schedules and liaise with customers both before and after the engineers visits. I am also responsible for service stock requisition and invoicing.

What's the best place you have travelled to for work?

Definitely Norway. We went on a staff trip to see our supplier OLEX and it was a once in a lifetime trip

What is something you find challenging about your work?

Winter time. It is dark when we leave at 5pm and the office doesn’t have any natural light, so apart from the short drive in the morning the only daylight I get is at the weekend and lunch breaks

What is your ideal Friday night?

Having a drink and eating Chinese takeaway
