My main roll at Echomaster is workshop repairs, If the guys can't fix it onboard then it comes to me so it can be tested easier. I also deal with the majority of the phone support helping customers get back up and running while they’re out working.
The best advice I've ever been given at work is "no question is a stupid question" Most of the people I deal with are fishermen and I know nothing about fishing so why would they know about electronics!
If I'm having a bad day and things just aren't working, a cup of coffee and some fresh air is the best solution. Coffee fixes everything!
If I could add anything to the Office it would have to be a barista and hammocks, helping people on the phone would be so much easier from a hammock with my own personal barista!
I'm a dog person through and through, although I have a cat, rabbit, rat, dog and fish at home!
